Container capacity is stated in cc, product is sold in grams. The bridge between the two is bulk density, and it varies more than most buyers expect.

The conversion

Grams equals capacity in cc multiplied by bulk density in grams per cc. Loosely packed dried flower typically sits between 0.10 and 0.18 g/cc, so a 60cc container carries roughly 6 to 11 grams depending on cure and grind.

Sanity check with a real sample

Weigh three filled containers from your own product before committing to a size. Density between harvests moves enough to push a marginal fill under the declared weight.
